What the search found instead is bigger than one man: Trump’s former campaign manager is the largest US node of a FARA-registered Israeli-government influence apparatus — routed through the ad-agency Havas, built to shape what AI tells you, and (this is the disciplined part) disclosed in the filings, of unproven effect, and worth taking seriously precisely because it is documented rather than alleged.

What this actually is
In September 2025 a Delaware company, Clock Tower X LLC — sole owner Brad Parscale, signing under penalty of perjury — registered under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA #7649) to run a US “combat antisemitism” campaign for the State of Israel, contracted through Havas Media Germany. It is not a lone gig. As the map above shows, it is one of at least five FARA registrants under the same Israel→Havas structure — Clock Tower X being the biggest US node. The money
The contract is FARA-confirmed at $6m, expanded to ~$9m (December 2025 amendment), with ~$15m reportedly paid by mid-2026 — treat the $15m as reported, the $9m as documented. From Clock Tower X the money flows onward to allied firms: ~$6m to SparkFire Technologies (AI chatbots and mass texting), ~$5m to GOP operative Mike Shields’ Portman Road Strategies, and over $500k to Salem Media Representatives. That last one is the tell: Parscale is Salem Media’s Chief Strategy Officer, and the filing names Salem integration as a deliverable — foreign-state money flowing into the agent’s own employer’s pipes. The strongest evidence here is not re-reported — it is our own. A passive infrastructure check (whois / DNS / fetch, 28 June 2026) shows the eleven “independent” advocacy sites are one coordinated operation: nine of them sit on a single Cloudflare account (identical anycast IPs, identical name servers, identical WordPress-Elementor-Yoast build), registered in two roughly ten-minute bursts on 18 September and 10 October 2025, with factsignal.org acting as the hub that links to the other eight. Two more (feedingyoufiction.com, alliesforpeace.com) cluster on shared Squarespace infrastructure.
And the discipline point that matters: every one of those sites carries the FARA disclosure footer — “distributed by Clock Tower X LLC on behalf of the State of Israel.” So this is not a hidden, undisclosed, or (on the labeling) unlawful network. The story is the coordination, the scale, the self-dealing, and the AI intent — documented and labeled — not a missing-label violation. Saying otherwise would be the overstatement that hands them the rebuttal.
Built to bend the AI — and whether it works
Per the filing’s scope of work, as quoted by reporters who read it, the operation is engineered to influence generative-AI answers — naming ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok — through a named SEO/AI tool (MarketBrew), the content ring that seeds the open web models scrape, authority-laundering through Salem’s high-traffic properties, and SparkFire’s chatbots that text people one-to-one and funnel them to the ring (manufacturing the engagement that makes the rest rank). • The church-geofencing is a different registrant (Show Faith by Works, FARA #7653) — not Clock Tower X — and its execution is reported as possibly scrapped. Keep them separate.
